A ONE-OF-A-KIND
EATING EXPERIENCE

TICKETS
These days, so much of our food feels like it comes from anywhere and nowhere. Meet Your Meat is an event for passionate eaters and curious Earthlings who want to connect with dinner in the deepest way, to know thyself and region in the process. It's a chance to eat delicious meat and produce grown within minutes of the dinner table and with the highest ethical and environmental standards.

Drive up to the beautiful Catskill Mountains, just two hours north of New York City. Tour Snowdance Farm with owner Marc Jaffe to witness sustainable meat production in action. See him slaughter a lamb, and then participate in a nose-to-tail butchery and cooking workshop with Fleisher's trained butcher Andersen Morse. Take in the breathtaking mountain scenery and enjoy a dinner feast like no other!

PRICE

$150/person

Event ticket includes: Lunch, Farm Tour, Butchering Workshop, and Dinner. This program is BYOB, so you are welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic beverages for the Saturday night barbeque (if you're over 21 and have a designated driver).
