TUITION
Your tuition covers all program expenses for the duration of the program, including housing, food, transportation for field trips, and site visits. Tuition does not cover the cost of travel to and from the programs.
We are currently revamping our programming for the 2016-17 season. Please check back for program and tuition details in the Fall.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Eco Practicum strives for diversity among the program participants, and works to make the program accessible to everyone. We recognize that not everyone is able to cover program costs, so we offer multiple tuition assistance options. Please take a look at each one, and contact us with any questions.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT OPTIONS
A. Group Tuition Reduction
B. Community Sponsorships
C. University Funding
D. Payment Plan
E. Need-based Scholarship
Each of these are described below, and they can be employed all together to reduce the costs of attendance.
A. Group Tuition Reduction
When 4 students or more from the same university enroll in the program, tuition is reduced for each student. This is one of the ways we are growing a stronger Eco Practicum Alumni Network and presence on campus. Minimum automatic tuition reductions are as follows:
B. Community Sponsorships
This is an opportunity to reach out to your community and find individuals, businesses, and organizations that support the work that you want to do. Please see the Sponsorship Request Form (.doc). In the past, participants have raised money from their friends and family to attend the program. We are happy to help you set up an online forum to accept these kinds of donations with greater ease.
C. University Funding
A number of universities, including Yale, Connecticut College, Smith, and Skidmore, have provided grants for their students to participate in Eco Practicum. The way to obtain this funding is to speak with your academic advisers, the head / dean of your department, professors, as well as the career center. The resources are out there, and you have to be proactive in order to tap into them. Click here for a detailed program information packet that you can provide to faculty and staff.
D. Payment Plan
Eco Practicum offers a payment method that allows you to pay over an extended period of time. We do not charge interest and there are no extra charges or fees associated with this payment method. Once you have been admitted to the program, contact us to set up a payment plan.
E. Need-based Scholarship
We offer need-based scholarships for participants who have raised some, but not all, the money they need in order to attend Eco Practicum. Financial Aid applications are made available to applicants upon request.
